Meet Buddy!!

Buddy is one of the chillest Aussies I have ever met! 

Buddy originally hails from Toronto, and came to us in January of 2024. He has been a fantastic addition to our family and our program!

True to his name he is a Buddy to all. He loves to play hockey with my son, and is one of the best defencmen around... even willing to carry the puck off the ice in his attempt to keep it out of the net! Basketball is another of his favourite sports, not a great offensive player, but he sure plays a good defence! :)

One thing that is unique to Buddy, is he throws natural bob tailed puppies!! Approximately 50% of puppies born in a litter will have long tails, and half have natural bob tails. We do not dock tails, but Buddy gives us the option of having both long and short tailed puppies to offer!!

Buddy is having his OFA testing done October 1, 2025, just after his second birthday! Then his health testing will be complete. He currently has his genetic health testing done through EMBARK and is clear of all know genetic issues of Australian Shepherds. 

Buddy stands at an impressive 24 inches tall, and a sturdy 60lbs, reaching the top of the charts of Australian Shepherds.
